We couldn't be happier with the service.  Scott and the installer were knowledgable, and did a good job.  They came when they said they would, which is rare usually then there is an excuse and delay after delay.  Scott went above and beyond to help us out with a woodstove he did not sell us in the first place.  Good Service! That is very rare.  Thank you  We will be sure to recommend you to anyone.  You may keep the gift certificate for yourself.  Thanks again.  Can't beat a woodstove for heat!!

Well the install is complete.  Harry did a wonderful job today.  It was literally a blizzard outside with winds at 40KPH when he went up on the roof to feed the venting down the chimney and install the cap.  The guy deserves a medal. Anyways, thanks very much for the install and for taking an interest in providing us, the perfect gas insert.  It looks beautiful, gives off a tremendous amount of heat, looks like a real fire, and blends in so well into the existing brick that you'd swear it was fitted in place when the house was built.  I will definately recommend Hearthstone to anyone I speak to who is in the market for a gas fireplace insert.  The installation and quality definately met my expectations.

We were very pleased with the installation and the professionalism/honesty with your installation crew.  Loading the insert prior to retiring for the evening leaves us with plenty of hot coals, eight hours later to restart our fire.  We to date are most pleased with our Pacific Energy Insert.

After looking around at other dealers, my wife and I found that the information and comfort level at Hearthstone House of Fire could not be matched.  Plus we liked the idea that they couls show us what we were going to purchase, not just from a brochure.  In the end they did a terrific job and we are very happy.  I would highly recommend Hearthstone to anyone.

ENJOYING OUR JOTUL GAS FIREPLACE INSERT

I wanted to share with you, the exceptional service, that my wife (charlaine and I) received when the two professional installers from you business, Hearthstone House of Fire came, last November to remove our wood burning insert and install our new Jotul gas fireplace insert.  The men both professional's in their own right, were very careful, when removing the wood burning insert and installing the new Jotul gas fireplace insert, not to scratch out beautiful hardwood flooring in the formal living room.  We now do notice a huge difference, in the warmthof, not only the living room, but also the adjoiningkitchen and dining room area, and the kitchen floor is nice and warm to walk on.  (hardwood floors also)  We seriously recommend HEARTHSTONE HOUSE OF FIRE to all our family, friends, and neighbours.  A BIG THANK YOU SCOTT!!!!  TO YOU AND YOUR TEAM OF PROFESSIONAL.....MONEY WELL SPENT!!!!!  THANK YOU ONCE AGAIN FOR GOING THE EXTRA FIVE MILES FOR US, BOTH DURING INSTALLATION AND FOLLOW UP COURTESY CALLS AND SERVICE!!!!

Hearthstone House of Fire

On behalf of the Cayuga Firefighters, I would like to thank you once again for your help and promotion of our annual BBQ draw. The high quality BBQ's that you supply us with at a very reasonable price is the main reason we are able to sell a lot of draw tickets. The BBQ draw is our largest fundraiser with the profits used to upgrade our vehicle extrication equipment or "Jaws of Life". Through the generosity of the Cayuga and area people we now have extrication equipment equal to the Fire Departments in the larger centers like Hamilton and Toronto. During the months of May and June we had to use this equipment at 3 major accidents to free a total of 9 people from their wrecked vehicles. We wish that we would never have to use the equipment but it is very reassuring to know that we are well equipped when an emergency arises. Once again thanks for your help, it is very much appreciated by all firefighters at Station #4, Cayuga
